This Mother’s Day, Stratford design hotel The Gantry will launch the first in a series of monthly brunches centred around art. Taking place from 11am – 4.45pm on Sunday 27th March in the hotel’s main dining spot Union Social, the Mother’s Day brunch will feature a menu of brunch classics, and optional free flowing bubbles. Adding a unique aspect to this delicious experience, guests will also be able to pose for a live caricaturist and take home an artistic memento of their special family day.
The generous offering includes all the brunch favourites; an array of traditional dishes from eggs Benedict to eggs Royale as well as other dishes such as:
– Turkish Cilbi – Free range poached eggs on Dereotlu yogurt, and Aleppo chilli butter, crusty sourdough
– Seven Herbs Risotto – Garden peas and Kentish asparagus, finished with plant based parmesan cheese & spring pea shoots
– Free Range Buff Orpington Chicken Schnitzel – Wild mushroom cream gravy, Mayfield fried egg, pickled cabbage & sage
