Bubblewrap sells a reinvented traditional Hong Kong street snack- ice cream bubble waffles. When they began reinventing the traditional street snack, they wanted to create a surprise dessert, yet exactly what you would expect.
Their store began in 2017 in a stall at the Berwick Street Market and now has locations in Covent Gardens, Soho, and Chinatown. Bubblewrap’s innovative creation kickstarted the love for bubble waffles in London.
Nosteagia – Spitalfields

Nosteagia got its name from the familiar word, “nostalgia.” Their goal is to bring comfort and nostalgia to those in London. Their menu comprises bubble waffles and milk teas imported from Taiwan to the UK.
Nosteagia has recently announced a new stall location on Portobello Road. With two locations in Spitalfields and soon Portobello Road, Nosteagia hopes to bring Nostalgia to those in London.
