London walks: The Hill Garden and Hampstead Pergola

Nature and relaxing getaways are important in cities. Green space is important for people from children to the elderly. Visiting the green spaces in a city is a health benefit and a time to unwind and relax.

Hampstead Pergola and Hill Garden are located within Hampstead Heath Park. The park has many shops, walks, and ponds.

Hampstead Pergola is a beautiful place with The Hill Garden- a landscaped and private garden once part of a manor house. From the Pergola, one can view London’s skyline, views of the park’s ponds, and views of the Kenwood House.

In the winter, the Pergola is covered in beautiful snow; in the spring and summer months, it is covered in flowers and greenery.

The views and greenery create a beautiful wedding and photography venue. The venue is unavailable for booking wedding venues at the moment, it is still free to enter and take photographs.

The Pergola is a 20-minute walk from the nearest station- Golders Green Station. A visit to the Pergola makes for a nice escape from London.
