The southern end of Kingsland Road, running north from Shoreditch towards Dalston, has so many Vietnamese restaurants that it is known as the “Pho Mile”. Many were opened by families who came to Britain from Vietnam from the late 1970s onwards and settled in Hackney. This guide lists Vietnamese restaurants in Shoreditch and on Kingsland Road that are open in October 2026, with addresses and opening hours checked against each restaurant’s own website or listing.

Two restaurants in the previous version of this guide have closed: Viet Hoa Cafe at 70-72 Kingsland Road and Huong Viet on Englefield Road. Both have been removed.
