Bershka, the fashion chain owned by Inditex, has opened a pop-up shop at 133 Bethnal Green Road in Shoreditch. It is open to the public until 1 November.
The shop launches Bershka Series, the brand’s partywear line, for autumn and winter 2026. Customers can buy the range there before it goes on sale online and in Bershka’s flagship stores, according to Drapers and TheIndustry.fashion.
The space is designed to look like a nightclub, with steel scaffolding, club lighting and a mix of metal, carpet and velvet finishes.
The BPM Room and the DJ sets
The main feature is the BPM Room, an audio-visual installation in place of a fitting room. Visitors pick one of seven tempo ranges, from 60 to 180 beats per minute. Each range has three tracks chosen by the London radio station NTS.
The chosen tempo then shapes a music video that is generated on the spot and sent to the visitor by QR code.
NTS DJs will play every Thursday and Friday from 5pm to 7pm while the pop-up is open. Bershka has worked with the station before, including a live broadcast when it opened a 1,200 square metre store at the Trafford Centre in Manchester in August 2025.
The collection
Bershka describes the Series collection as reworked wardrobe staples, including the little black dress and the leather jacket. The materials listed include leather, jacquard, metallic mesh, crystals, feathers and tweed.
