UBA is the restaurant at Hart Shoreditch, the hotel at 61-67 Great Eastern Street. Its menu is built around three kinds of Asian cooking: dim sum, sushi and dishes from the robata charcoal grill. It serves breakfast, lunch, weekend brunch and dinner.
