Yard Sale Pizza and Singburi are bringing back their Gaeng Pizza Gang pizza in every Yard Sale shop from Wednesday 4 November until 1 December, four years after the two first made it together.

The pizza is topped with kua kling dry-fried pork, pickled mustard greens and shallots on a white base, finished with fresh Thai basil, Yard Sale said. A vegetarian and vegan version uses kua kling cauliflower.

A cheese garlic bread drizzled with Thai chilli paste is also on the menu. Yard Sale says the garlic bread is not suitable for vegetarians. A limited run of merchandise is on pre-order, including a long-sleeved T-shirt at £30, Time Out reported.

From Leytonstone to Shoreditch High Street

The first Gaeng Pizza Gang came out in 2022, in Yard Sale’s summer guest chef series, when Singburi was still on Leytonstone High Road. The family-run restaurant opened there in 1999.

After announcing a break in 2024, it reopened on 19 June 2025 at Montacute Yards on Shoreditch High Street, led by chef Sirichai Kularbwong, who took over from his parents when they retired. The new site has 19 counter seats around an open kitchen. Singburi is the highest-ranked Thai restaurant in Time Out’s list of London’s 50 best restaurants, and is listed in the Michelin Guide.

Yard Sale opened its first shop in Clapton in 2014. Its east London shops are at 105 Lower Clapton Road (delivery and collection only), 184 Hackney Road, 622 High Road Leytonstone and 15 Hoe Street, Walthamstow.
