All My Gods, the rock’n’roll dive bar on Paradise Row in Bethnal Green, will close after a Halloween party on Saturday 31 October, just over a year after it opened.
The bar announced the closure on Instagram on Wednesday 21 October, according to The Spirits Business. “Over the last year and a bit we’ve hosted you, partied into the early hours, and shared many a story and a pickleback with everyone who has passed by,” the post said. “Maybe the real gods were the friends we made along the way.”
No reason has been given for the closure. The bar’s general manager, Bréagha Wolfgang, will take over the space with a new team and reopen it as The Third House Collective, Time Out and CLASS report. The Spirits Business says the new bar and community space is planned for the coming months.
What the bar was known for
All My Gods opened in summer 2025, set up by the burlesque artist, painter and tattooist Roxy Velvet with the team behind Dram, the Soho whisky bar that has since closed. Time Out describes it as a tribute to London’s lost dive bars such as the Crobar.
It served £8 martinis from a machine nicknamed the “Martininator” and had a vending machine stocked with BuzzBallz and White Claw, a black velvet pool table and a soundtrack heavy on Black Sabbath, Time Out reported. The bar also ran drag bingo, pub quizzes, food pop-ups and motorcycle meet-ups.
The bar is in the railway arches on Paradise Row, near Cambridge Heath station. Its website lists Saturday opening from 3pm to midnight, but the bar had not published times for the Halloween party.
