The Blues Kitchen Shoreditch is a bar, restaurant and live music venue at 134-146 Curtain Road. It serves American barbecue, Southern-style cocktails and a long list of bourbon and whiskey, with live bands on most nights and DJs late at the weekend.
Live music
Bands play soul, rhythm and blues, rock and roll, funk and hip-hop. On Saturdays the venue runs live music and DJs until 3am. The Hip-Hop Orchestra Brunch runs on Saturdays from 1pm to 5pm.
The Blues Kitchen opened its first venue in Camden in 2009. It marked 15 years in July 2024 with a party at the Shoreditch venue featuring its house bands, including The Beekays, its first house band, and the all-female brass band She’s Got Brass.
